Did NJ.com Bayonne Forum Go Down earlier today?

I have been trying to get into the NJ.com Bayonne forum, but it is blank. Did anyone else have this happen to them. There are NO posts on it. Looks to me like they shut it down, but I might be wrong.

An $8.4 million increase in state school aid, under a newly revised school funding formula, gave the Bayonne Board of Education enough wiggle room to reach a tentative agreement with the teachers union on a new labor contract.
