About Us

The Unofficial Office of The Bayonne Public Advocate

Please Note: This website is not affiliated with any potential or actual political candidacy in Bayonne.

The Bayonne Public Advocate’s mission is to facilitate the voice of the people. Because of the political climate in Bayonne, many citizens feel that it is sometimes difficult for their voices to be heard.

We want to change that.

The Bayonne Public Advocate exists to serve the community of Bayonne and it’s citizens. We are not politically aligned, and we will encourage all sides of any debate to be heard.

Just like any other Official Office of Public Advocate, our mission is to assist you in being heard and solving your community oriented problems.

If you have a cause and wish to be heard, this site is designed to enable you to do so.

Our Mission Statement:

The Bayonne Public Advocate shall review complaints of a recurring citywide nature relating to services and programs, and make proposals to improve the city’s response to such complaints. We will allow individual complaints concerning city services and other administrative actions of city agencies to be heard publicly. We will investigate and otherwise attempt to resolve complaints by working with the community together.

Our Motto is “Liberty cannot be preserved without general knowledge amongst the people” (John Adams) As such our mission will be to provide informative & accurate information.
