Follow up: Missing Election Data From 2 Districts

Yesterday I wrote about the possibility of missing election date from 2 districts. The rumor was that 2 physical data cartridges were missing. Some were concerned about this.
As it turns out the data catridges are not missing, however there has been an issue with getting the data out of thosed cartridges and uplaoding them [...]

Today at 3:30PM, former Mayoral Candidate Ray Rokicki wrote on the nj.com forum the following cryptic message:
